Cutting and coloring hair, doing nails, massage or facials is NO different state to state. So why do states have barriers like additional hours or testing before an out of state licensee can work?

State license mobility is THE answer so no one with an existing state license in good standing should have to wait to work!

If passed this bill will:
⭐Provide $10 million over the biennium for a women-owned business loan fund.

⭐Bonding assistance to minority businesses who otherwise cannot obtain bonding.

⭐Funding for loans processed by the Minority Development Financing Advisory Board to minority-owned and operated businesses that are unable to obtain financing through traditional channels.

⭐Funding for the Minority Business Microloan Program designed to stimulate the growth of new and existing businesses in the state at market interest rates or below-market rates depending on the nature of the request and the applicant’s creditworthiness.
